Harbour Authority
The Harbour Authority operates the government wharf facility at Bay Bulls. The facility consists of a 225ft and a 150ft wharf as well as a launching ramp and
a haul up slipway. Catering to the fishing industry, recreational users, tour operators and the commercial shipping industry. They provide services such as
vessel bartage, shore power, and unloading facilities at reasonable rates. Harbour Authority of Bay Bulls In 2003 Bay Bulls had its very first visit of an offshore oil rig. The Glowmar Grandbanks was docked at the Bay Bulls Marine Terminal site for three months while on a refit. Though not something you will normally see in the harbour it does
